What data we collect
From stores: business name, email, WhatsApp phone and logo. From families: baby name, parents' name and contact details, due date. From guests reserving a gift: name, email and phone.
How we use it
Exclusively to run the service: managing gift registries, notifying the store of reservations and facilitating contact between guests and the store. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the service contract (stores) and consent (families and guests, when using the registry).
Retention
As long as the store account is active or the registry exists. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Processors
We use infrastructure providers acting as data processors: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database) and Resend (email delivery). All GDPR-compliant.
Cookies
We only use essential technical cookies for the store session. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to us. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
