The service
Listín is a baby gift registry platform for independent stores. The store creates and manages registries for its customers; families share them and guests reserve gifts purchased directly at the store.
Account and subscription
The account belongs to the store, which is responsible for keeping its credentials secure. The service runs on a monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the paid period.
No commissions
Listín does not charge commission on gifts. Purchases happen directly between the guest and the store, outside the platform. Listín is not a party to that sale and bears no responsibility for it.
Acceptable use
Using the service for illegal content, spam or impersonation is not allowed. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Content
The store is responsible for the content it publishes (products, prices, photos). Listín does not verify the accuracy of data published by stores.
Availability
We work to provide a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice.
Limitation of liability
Listín is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may modify these terms. We will notify relevant changes with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
